Are there any future plans to get the DVB-S script to catch the english from the programming guide? The title of the shows works on a few channels, but for the most part things are still in hebrew.
I checked the stream.zip files when I conducted the dvbtest script and saw that each channel does indeed show english and hebrew (and my YES box EPG is all in english).
For example:
"engScrubs 2·All of the male doctors are euphoric due to the visit of Julie Keaton,....health.MÓheb"
from 16857.dat.
So YES does transmit the EPG in English (title and description).
Can I help develop something that can exploit this for future builds?
I have discovered a round about way of getting the english EPG from the DVB-S card for YES if the user has Windows 7 installed. I would like to post the instructions if you give me permission, for people to use until your next version of megaepg comes out.
YES and HOT don't translate
YES and HOT don't translate all the channels, this is the way they broadcast their EPG :-(. For those channels you have to use Hebrew.
